The Customer Services Kiosk is located next to Centre Court next to Zone C2. Our friendly representatives are available during shopping hours to assistant you and answer your questions. You can also pick up a mall directory, find out about store promotions, mall events, purchase gift cards or borrow a stroller or wheelchair.
Gift Cards:
Need a gift for that special someone? Give them a Deerfoot Mall gift card. The Deerfoot Mall gift card can be used at many shops or services at the mall. You can purchase Deerfoot Mall Giftcards at the Customer Service Kiosk.
Accessibility :
Designated handicap parking spaces are identified at each entrance, and automatic doors facilitate mall entries and exits. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Customer Services Centre to use during a visit to Deerfoot Mall.
Kiddie Strollers:
Complimentary Kiddie Karz/Strollers are available at the Customer Services Centre. Please note a $2 deposit and a valid Government issued ID will be required in order to rent a stroller and/or wheelchair.
Food:
A variety of dining venues can be found in the Food Court. From Greek to Thai to Indian to Korean and North American, whatever you crave, you can find it at Deerfoot Mall’s foodcourt!
Lost & Found:
Stop by the Customer Service Centre to report any lost or found articles. For your assistance Security can be reached through the Customer Service Centre. The Security office is located in Zone E2.
